What was your situation like before we started to work together?
2 years ago I was diagnosed with breast cancer. Since then I had put on over 2 stone and become quite inactive, blaming it all on my treatments! But as I began to feel more like my old self again I realised I had to do something to shift the weight and start moving.
What reservations (if any) did you have about working with me before?
I’ve never really been into exercising and was worried that the plan I was given I’d either hate it or not want to do it. But it’s been quite the opposite.
What has the process of working with me been like?
Doing the 1-2-1 with Sandra has been great. She pushes me just enough to make me do things, but never too much. I’m amazed at how I enjoy doing my exercise plan every day. It’s so much better than going to the gym. Also being accountable for what you’ve done the past week, and not hiding in a group has definitely worked for me.
What is the one best result you have got from working with me?
Has got to be the weight loss! To loss nearly a stone (1lb off a stone) in 4 weeks is something I didn’t think I could do.
What would you say to anyone who is thinking of coming to a free consultation?
